Friday, March 6th: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 7th: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 8th: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Load-In Times:
Thursday, March 5th: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday, March 6th: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Load-Out Times:
Sunday, March 8th: 4:01 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Parking Information:
Parking is $13/day for exhibitors [and patrons] or a 3-day pass is $45.
Exhibitor pass allows re-entry through the day [others are a one-time entry].

Exhibitor parking is designated behind the Portland Expo Center in the Force Avenue parking lot behind the main entrance.
Street access to this lot is via N—Marine Drive to Force Ave.

Load / Unload Information:
Move-In/Load-In should take place at Hall D Dock [west end] There are 2 ground level roll doors that you can pull up to, unload, and then move your vehicle to exhibitor parking area. There are 3 loading bays for larger trucks and freight as well. You will need to enter the facility grounds via the east entrance and drive around the buildings on move-in days. On event days, there will be an exhibitor entry open on the west end of the facility grounds as well for easier access to the exhibitor parking area.

Event Decorator:
Trade Show Supply is providing decorator services for the Portland Golf Show.
NOTE: You must email your form to bryan@thedecorator.net.
You will not need your booth number to order services. Booths will be assigned approximately two (2) weeks before the Golf Show.

Expo Center Utility and Equipment Services for the Portland Golf Show:
The Exhibitor Service Center is now the primary resource for exhibitors requiring any goods and services provided by the Expo Center, including Electrical, High-Speed Internet, Water, and Natural Gas. Please note that electrical services can no longer be ordered through the Edlen website.[not decorator materials such as tables, chairs, carpet, etc…], the easiest way to secure is to order via this link: CLICK HERE or by calling 503-736-5260
**To secure and receive Advance Order Rates, you will need to have an order placed 7 days prior to the Event Start Date. Orders received after that date are subject to higher rate and availability*** Due to current system upgrades, we kindly ask that all internet orders be placed in advance of your arrival.
To order services, please visit our website (link below) and place your order online.
Once you are on the Portland Expo Center’s website, you will go to the EXHIBIT tab, scroll down to Order Services, click on the ORDER NOW button, and follow the steps below.
- Select “Go to Store” next to your event on the calendar.
- Select “Sign Up” and set up your account.
- Add desired Items to your Cart.
- Upload floorplans or custom order notes to your order and pay securely online.
- We will contact you if we have any questions.
Exhibitor Badges:
Your exhibitor badges will be available to pick-up during Load-in at our Exhibitor Check-in area.
Please make sure to stop by and pick up badges. If you have staff that will rotate through the weekend you can leave those additional badges at the Will Call table starting at 10am on Friday morning. It is your responsibility to make sure your staff has badges to enter the event. Exhibitors receive four badges per 10×10 booth space. If you need additional, they are $5 and can be purchased onsite.
We will need all badges back at the end of the show.
Tear-down:
This does not begin until the show closes on Sunday – 4:01 pm. No exceptions.
We realize that many of you are in a hurry to get out of town, catch a flight or simply get off of your feet, but it is unfair to the patrons who have paid full price to see the show – and not really get the full experience. We appreciate your adherence to this policy.
