Show Hours:
Friday, March 22nd: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 23rd: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 24th: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Load-In Times:
Thursday, March 21st: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, March 22nd: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Load-Out Times:
Sunday, March 24th: 4:01 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

State of Connecticut Tax Information:
You must obtain a Sales and Use Tax Permit from the Connecticut Department of Revenue Service if you will be selling at the Golf Show. This permit must be in place prior to making any sales.
You can purchase the permit online (7-10 days) or by mail (4-6 weeks) via the CT Dept. of Revenue Service. Purchases made via the website provide a temporary permanent upon completion of the forms.
Once you register, you will be directed to the DRS Welcome New Business page and assigned a Tax ID.

Exhibitor Badges:
Your exhibitor badges will be available to pick-up during Exhibitor Load-in at our Exhibitor Check-in area. Please make sure to stop by and pick up badges. If you have staff that will rotate through the weekend, you can leave those additional badges at the Will Call table starting at 10 a.m. Friday morning. It is your responsibility to make sure your staff has badges to enter the event. Exhibitors will receive up to four badges at no cost.(please only take the number you need).  If you need more than four they  are $5 each and can be purchased onsite.

Teardown:
Tear-down does not begin until the show closes on Sunday – 4:01 p.m. No exceptions. We realize that many of you are in a hurry to get out of town, catch a flight or simply get off of your feet, but it is unfair to the patrons who have paid full price to see the show. We appreciate your adherence to this policy.
