Portland Golf Show – Exhibitor Information

Show Hours:
Friday, March 1st: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 2nd: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 3rd: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

 

Load-In Times:
Thursday, February 29th: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday, March 1st: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

 

Load-Out Times:
Sunday, March 3rd: 4:01 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

 

Parking Information:
For most events at the Portland Expo Center, parking is available in the main lot at the cost of $12 per space, per entry, without in and out privileges.

If your vehicle (RV, trailer, or other) takes more than one space, note the charge is per space, per entry.
Exhibitor passes are sold as run-of-show passes only.  Exhibitors can purchase passes for $12 per space, per event day. Exhibitor passes include in and out privileges.

Event Decorator:
FERN is providing decorator services for the Portland Golf Show. . Fern will email you a link to access Oneview and order services. If you do not receive an email please  send an email to jkosek@fernexpo.com.
NOTE: You will need to create an account or sign in. *Please note, you do not need your booth number to order services. Booths will be assigned approximately two (2) weeks prior to the Golf Show. Discount ends 2/7/2024

Expo Center Utility and Equipment Services for the Portland Golf Show
:
To order installed High Speed Internet Lines, Natural Gas Service, or a myriad of other services to your booth space [not decorator materials such as tables, chairs, carpet, etc…], the easiest way to secure is to order via the Expo Center’s website – expocenter.org

At the top of their homepage, hover over the Exhibitors tab, and click ‘Online Exhibitor Ordering’  from the dropdown.

Click on the Portland Golf Show from the calendar of events, and enter your booth # [or company name] in the text field.
From there, you will be able to navigate through their services and enter the appropriate # of items/services you wish to order.
Once complete, you simply proceed to checkout.
**To secure and receive Advance Order Rates, you will need to have order placed 14 days prior to the Event Start Date.  Orders received after that date are subject to higher rate and availability***

 

Special Note Regarding WI-FI:

To order wi-fi, you will need to contact the Expo Center direct, as rates will be affected by the number of devices connected and bandwidth requirements.
E-mail exhibitors@expocenter.org with requests/needs, and they will follow up accordingly.

A standard Business Class Connection [3-5Mbps] is designed to accommodate basic web browsing, email access, and most handheld point of sale devices/apps is $40/run of show per device. Additional bandwidth/speed connections based on amount and availability.

Exhibitor Badges:

Your exhibitor badges will be available to pick-up during Load-in at our Exhibitor Check-in area.
Please make sure to stop by and pick up badges. If you have staff that will rotate through the weekend you can leave those additional badges at the Will Call table starting at 10am on Friday morning. It is your responsibility to make sure your staff has badges to enter the event. Exhibitors receive four badges per 10×10 booth space. If you need additional, they are $5 and can be purchased onsite.

 

Tear-down:

This does not begin until the show closes on Sunday – 4:01 pm. No exceptions. We realize that many of you are in a hurry to get out of town, catch a flight or simply get off of your feet, but it is unfair to the patrons who have paid full price to see the show – and not really get the full experience. We appreciate your adherence to this policy.
