Load-In /Unload Information:
Load in is behind Hall 4AB You will be allowed to pull up to the loading ramp, unload, then go park your vehicle. You will want to use the south dock. Exhibitors in vehicles under 6’5” should be routed to our Hand Carried Freight (HCF) area in the main garage.

Security Procedures for Move-in:
All exhibitors and move-in crews will be asked to provide the name of the exhibiting company upon arriving at the Washington State Convention Center. WSCC Security will cross-reference the company name with the official exhibitor list provided by show management. Move-in wristbands will be issued to registered exhibitors and crew members. Exhibitor badges from show management will be used for building access during the show.

NOTE: You will need to create an account or sign in. *Please note, you do not need your booth number to order services. Booths will be assigned approximately two (2) weeks prior to the Golf Show. Discount ends 2/7/2024

Please email your City of Seattle business license number (6-digit number). If you do not have a City of Seattle business license, you will need to pay $20 so that we can purchase a temporary license on your behalf.
Your exhibitor badges will be available to pick-up during Exhibitor Load-in at our Exhibitor Check-in area. Please make sure to stop by and pick up badges. If you have staff that will rotate through the weekend you can leave those additional badges at the Will Call table starting at 10 a.m. on Friday morning. It is your responsibility to make sure your staff has badges to enter the event. Exhibitors receive four badges per 10×10 booth space. If you need additional, they are $5 and can be purchased onsite.
